The right of return is valid for 30 days, counted from the day you received the item. You may open the packaging and examine the item and return it if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The right of return applies to everything in our range.

When you return the item, it must be unused, have all tags attached and be sent back in its original packaging. If the outer packaging is damaged, it is okay to use other equivalent packaging, but be sure to pack it well so that the item is protected during transport back to us.

If you have used or handled the item in a way that is not necessary to examine it, a deduction for depreciation may be made, the deduction is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our returns staff.

After completing the return request, we will contact you within 24 hours.
