PREPARATION FOR TAPE
Apply 60 minutes before activity.
Clean the skin area from oils, dirt and creams.
Trim away excess hair to give the tape a better grip.
Use the squares on the back of the paper to determine the length of tape needed, then round off the corners.
Tear off the backing of the tape at the ends or in the middle depending on the taping technique.
As described in specific instructions below, the tape is applied with each body part in a specific position or posture.
All tape ends should be applied without tension. Feel free to round off the corners.
After you have applied the tape, rub it well to make it stick.
If you are unable to follow the taping instructions exactly, please simply tape over the area of discomfort.
