2. Prices and payment

•  All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT. 

•  Payment can be made via Klarna, Swish, Stripe, Visa and MasterCard. 

•  No additional fees are added beyond those clearly stated at checkout. 

•  The amount is reserved when ordering but is only deducted when the goods are shipped.

3. Delivery

•  Delivery is normally within 2-10 working days via PostNord. 

•  Shipping costs are stated at checkout. 

•  If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately.

•  Delivery is only within Sweden.

4. Right of withdrawal and return

•  You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods, according to Swedish law. 

•  To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via e-mail. 

•  You are responsible for the return shipping. 

•  Refund will be made within 14 days after we have received and approved the return.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

•  Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. opened or

used tape). 

•  Products that have been damaged due to negligence or improper use.

5. Complaints

•  You have the right to complain about a product for up to 3 years according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

•  Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered (no later than two months

is always considered reasonable). 

•  If the complaint is approved, we will compensate you for the goods and reasonable shipping costs.

6. Safety and use

•  TruePower is intended for external use on the skin. 

•  The product must not be used on open wounds or infected skin. 

•  People with skin allergies, circulation problems or medical implants should consult a doctor before use. 

•  Use is at your own risk. LifeProfit AB is not responsible for incorrect use in

violation of the accompanying instructions for use.

7. Personal data & GDPR

LifeProfit AB is the data controller. 

•  We process personal data to handle orders, deliveries and customer service. 

•  The data is stored within the EU/EEA and saved in accordance with the Accounting Act. 

•  Your information is not disclosed to third parties except for necessary services (e.g. logistics,

payments, newsletters). 

•  You have the right to access, correct and delete your information according to GDPR.
